Featuring winemaker and owner, Christian Tietje of Cypher Winery. Christian and his partner, Susan Mahler, have been creating premier wines for six years in the Killer Canyon the the West Side of Paso with old and new style influences. These wines are the "umbrella" for his Freakshow wines. Reservations strongly suggested.
