Description:
Found in only a few locations in the world, the rare Rocky Shoals Spider Lily blooms in late Spring along the banks of the Savannah River and can only be seen from the water. View these spectacular plants and learn about their threatened habitat. Limited spaces available. Experienced paddlers only. Must provide own canoe/ kayak and lifejacket. Preregistration and a liability waiver required. Begins at Augusta Waterworks Raw Water Pumping Station parking lot. Charlotte Christy will lead the paddle.
