Zesty Pimento Cheese
Yield: 4 cups
- 1 ½ pounds grated sharp Cheddar cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup Kraft horseradish sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 7-ounce jar chopped pimentos, drained
- Combine cheese, horseradish sauce, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl. Beat until desired spreading consistency is reached. (Beat just until well blended for a chunkier spread.)
- Add pimentos. Blend well.
- Store in refrigerator.
