Description:
Written only two years ago by Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Tan Dun, The Love was brought to the attention of Maestro Kuwahara by SOA Associate Concertmaster Micah Gangwer. Tan Dun’s works are heard in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Memoirs of a Geisha. Walton’s symphony is very difficult but sounds simple…what is on the surface is not always what it appears to be.
